That Maybe I will try to not sleep as much….I know sounds crazy right? but lately I have been getting way to much sleep. I have been going to bed between 930-1030 and getting up at 8am. That is on the verge of 12 hours of sleep… Its weird though…even though I have been getting tons of sleep I still wake up super tired…Maybe I am sick, Maybe I have thyroid problems , Maybe I am just a big lazy piece of crap I don’t really know. Maybe all of the above is true. But whatever the reason I need to snap out of it, my work out routine is getting severely punished. Maybe I will just have to start taking Hydroxycut again. I used to take it when I was taking more supplements and it worked great for giving me energy. Ill have to see if I have anymore pills in the bottle. If anyone has other ideas for how I can get back on routine let me know…i need the help.
