Pickle In Your Pocket

Woot Woot summer is on its way and my gf and I are in the process of getting damn sexy. The gym is becoming more routine and the meals we have been eating are very healthy. I haven’t felt this good for a number of years…I am constantly sore but I feel great. I have also been working on eating less than I normally eat. I eat more often but I eat less at each meal and I really think that is the way to go. I have gotten my metabolism up so high that it seems to just burn anything i put into it. I have also found that physical activity is the best appetite suppressant because if I am busy doing stuff I don’t want to eat. Then after I am done doing whatever activity I was in the process of doing I can reward myself with a nice healthy snack. My goal is to look damn sexy by the end of July so hopefully I am able to reach that goal.

I was browsing Youtube.com the other day and I came across a number of ads by the internet company BUY.COM. I haven’t written about it for a while but I have been working on creating an advertising company. I have a number of ideas of what type of video advertising works and I really felt like BUY.com hit the nail on the head. They have quick 30 second ads that really tell you about the product as well as entertain. Most ads now days seem more like art then to be trying to sell a product. They also seem to have a good number of quality items on sale. I would definitely recommend people checking it out.

So my GF and I have been getting into a routine of going to the gym. I wasn’t able to go at all last week because my back was hurting me but my gf was. She is getting all flustered because The BMI says she is overweight…Which she definitely is not. She is five feet of absolute adorableness. I don’t trust the BMI because it doesn’t take into account people who have a large amount of muscle mass. My GF is ripped so naturally it says she weighs to much for her height, but the reason she has more weight is because muscle is denser then fat and therefore weighs more. According to the BMI Body Builders who are almost all muscle are considered obese. The BMI is just a way to scare into health and to promote the search for the best diet pills that work .

I was reading the news yesterday and found an article about 21 horses dying do to heart failure…uhmmm You dont here about that often…apparently the animals (twenty one of them) died before a polo match and it is believed they died do to exposure to a toxin either in their supplements for food. All I have to say is ..that sucks. Horses are not cheap the estimated loss is believed to be about 2 million dollars. Who would have thought horse supplements or food could cause such a reaction in the animals. I always thought they were hardcore and could withstand large quantities of toxins but I guess they aren’t as tough as I thought. I wonder if it wasn’t th eother team trying to even up the score..lol it did happen right before a polo match…cheaters

Man I wish I had a House with a yard…actually lets start off simple I wish I had a yard…I don’t need a house as long as I have land I can put a tent on it and still enjoy the benefits of my own property.  The market is looking great right now and with the median house price down so low you know you are going to get a great return in the future. Here where I live the medium house price is down 50% from 600,000 to 300,000.  I am ready to jump all over that there is only one thing keeping me from reaching my dreams…I ain’t Got No MOOOOOOOOOOOOoney!… I know a small bridge to cross, but still if I had the money I wouldn’t have to seek out investors. Investors? You may ask, Yes I say, Investors. People who want to invest in mean and they take a piece of the profit  once the market goes back up and I decide to sell. The only requirement is that there is no time limit on when the house has to be sold. The only requirement is that when it is sold I pay the investor their due amount( %) as discussed at the time of the deal.   I know it is a long shot but you never no it may work…:) Al I ask is that they put down the down payment and I will handle the rest.  The I can have my house and land to plant my Blackberry plants ,  tomatoes,  and other vegetables I deem necessary. Oh yeah….it will happen.

I was browing the news and came accross this story. Aparently a guy in russia wasn’t feeling so good and was coughing up blood, so he went to the doctors. The doctors X-rayed him and found a tumor growing in his lung. When they went in to do the diopsey they found pine needle…in the end it runs out the man had a 2 inch fir tree growing inhis lung…I know crazy huh… if you are interested in reading the rest of the story follow the link.

I have known about this for a while but last night there was a piece of news on how vitamins don’t necessarily contain what we think they do. Some investigators tested common vitamins and found that not only do some vitamins not contain what they say they contain but some even contain harmful by products of production. Im sure this is the case with all unregulated supplements including the best diet pills. So be careful and research what you take before you put it in your body.

Wow I am very glad I wasn’t in that room…Apparently  a guy in waco Texas…yes another Waco Wacko, threw a knife and then stabbed his friend who had been farting…. I mean I know some people think it is rude to fart…but isn’t stabbing going a little too far?  I mean you have other options like using poison…or shooting…maybe even strangle him but stabbing come on…really? I guess the other guy will think twice before he ever farts again.

I have been putting some thought into where I want to go with my wrx and I think I have come up with a good list of the next parts I want to put on.

Unfortunately this stuff is expensive so i am not expecting to have all this done for a long time

The mom apparently wanted one of her own…but being unable to produce one tried to convince her 13 yr old daughter to have one for her. Besides that being just slightly odd the mother wanted the teen to have it with the mom’s boyfriend. When the Girl refused the mother and boyfriend attempted no less then at least 3 times to make it happen through the use of alcohol, drugs and force. All I can say is wow…there are some real nut jobs out there.
