Woot Woot summer is on its way and my gf and I are in the process of getting damn sexy. The gym is becoming more routine and the meals we have been eating are very healthy. I haven’t felt this good for a number of years…I am constantly sore but I feel great. I have also been working on eating less than I normally eat. I eat more often but I eat less at each meal and I really think that is the way to go. I have gotten my metabolism up so high that it seems to just burn anything i put into it. I have also found that physical activity is the best appetite suppressant because if I am busy doing stuff I don’t want to eat. Then after I am done doing whatever activity I was in the process of doing I can reward myself with a nice healthy snack. My goal is to look damn sexy by the end of July so hopefully I am able to reach that goal.

    bro bro! my neighbor came over and told me about his hot date, then i told him i hope he ate enough at his dinner because i didn’t cook any leftovers to feed him like what usually happens every night. Next he talked about POOPS, your favorite topic! read your article about phantom poops and totally agrees. you boys are all the same…
