It’s about time that a spammer got in trouble for annoying internet users everywhere. Sanford Wallace has been ordered to pay up big time to Facebook for terrorizing Facebook users with spam messages and hacking their accounts. According to CNN’s article, Sanford is going to have to pay Facebook $711 million in damages.

I think it’s about damn time these spammers got caught. I’m so sick of junk mail, and of getting viruses just for using the internet.

My fire class is having a field trip tonight. Woohoo, I feel like a kid again! At least we don’t have to ride the little yellow buses. This trip should be pretty cool though, we’re headed to the Skywalker Ranch. That’s right, the Lucas Films headquarters. I have no idea what to expect, but I’m sure it will have fancy ceramic tiles and a lot of square footage. We’re going out there to check out the state of the art fire prevention features designed to keep all of Skywalker Ranch safe. It should be pretty interesting.

The foot is slowly healing. Stupid doctors gave me a boot brace that seemed to do more harm than good. As soon as I took that off, I started feeling better. It’s just hard working and having to stand all day. Also my ridiculous boss likes to tease me and call me gimpy. It’s a good thing our mattress is fairly comfy and I’m able to get comfortable in bed with the help of a pillow to prop my foot up on. I just have to learn to relax a little as my girl is always telling me to. Hopefully the foot gets better soon because I’m itching to go back to the fire house.

It’s a good thing I went ahead and went with that
insurance quote from Kaiser, because Sunday I twisted my ankle while playing basketball. I didn’t think it was too bad at first, but then it started to swell, and before I knew it, my foot was twice as big as my other foot. My dad took me to the doctor yesterday, and the foot isn’t broken, but it’s a bad sprang, and now I’m stuck in a walking cast for the next six months. It sucks because I was in a cast forever when I broke my leg. This is of course that same right leg, but the foot this time. At least it’s not broke, and hopefully it will heal fast. I won’t be able to volunteer at the fire house for awhile, which stinks, but the silver lining is I’ll have my weekends free. I might have to borrow a wheelchair from my new job so Tess can push me around so I don’t get cabin fever! UGHHHHHH.

The new job is really starting to piss me off, which sucks. I feel like I work my a$$ off and then the work just keeps piling up. My boss won’t hire anyone new, even though we need at least two more employees. By the end of the day, I have horrible stress headaches, like someone is taking stainless steel drums to my temples. It’s not fun! I know I could run that business so much better than my boss. Someday I’ll be a business owner, and I’ll do things RIGHT.

So for a long time now I’ve been teasing my girl about proposing. I’ll kneel down on one knee all dramatic and then say, “Will you…wait for me to tie my shoe?” It really drives her crazy, but she also knows eventually I really do want to get married. It’s just funny to watch her expression when she gets super pissed at me! Hehehe. I know when I do propose I better be ready for some full on Virgo planning on her part. She’ll throw us both into wedding planning, everything from wedding invitations to the place, to the guest list, blah blah blah. So I know when I do it, I gotta be ready, because she’ll be keeping me busy. Too bad she won’t just elope with me in Vegas! Ha!

My girlfriend has been trying to figure out how to lose belly fat, and it’s a subject that almost every female seems to worry about. My advice was to portion control and get exercise, even if it’s just walking on her lunch break. I’m already noticing results, because she is looking FINNNE. We’re also going to try to work out together more, which should help keep us both motivated. I love that I have a girlfriend who likes to work out with me!

Have I mentioned how much I love our new place? The back shed has a lot of room in it, and I was able to fit all of my exercise equipment and create a mini outdoor gym. I canceled my gym membership and decided it’d be smarter to just work out at home, since I barely have time for that even. Things should slow down soon and I’ll be able to get back into my workout routine. I just wish there was a little more room in the shed so I could get the P90x videos. The people who use that routine are RIPPED!

My girlfriend has been talking about going back to school, and might start doing some GMAT prep. She’s thinking of getting her teaching credential. I think she’d be great at teaching, and would probably really enjoy it. But it probably won’t happen until next year, which gives us both time to save. I’d like to start earning more, so she doesn’t feel pressured to work full time and go to school. Hopefully I’ll get a raise soon and we can talk about it more.

Now that Tess and I are both able to save money, we’ve been talking about going on an all inclusive cancun vacation. Our friends have been twice to Cancun and they said it was amazing. The idea of getting to sit back and not having to worry about how much the meals on the trip are going to cost sounds incredible. Tess and I have never really been on a truly relaxing vacation together, so we’re hoping to go sometime next year.
