I have been feeling very productive lately. No I haven’t had much work…:( but I have been able to do a lot of things around the house and get chores done which I never before would have been able to get done with the amount of stuff I had to do. I am definitely noticing an improvement in my psychological health as well a my physical health. I am leaning out and becoming more toned. Thank god I didn’t have to take the best colon cleanse to feel this way. I truly feel clean inside and out. This thanksgiving was great and this christmas should be even better. Tess and I are going to stay with her family for christmas. I Can’t Wait!
